MAZIE – ADOPTION PENDING

Beautiful MAZIE was found as a stray in Bessemer and has made her way to HOPE so she can find a new forever home.  We believe she is a Rottweiler or perhaps a Doberman mix.  When MAZIE came in, she did have some minor injures that appear to have been caused by either another dog or some other wild animal.  The injuries are healing and they didn’t seem to affect MAZIE at all.  This girl is a sweetheart and must have had a good home at some point as she does keep her kennel run clean and does appear to know the basic commands of sit and stay and walks nicely on leash.  We think MAZIE is about 2 years old and so far she is good with other dogs and she did pass the cat test with our office cat.  Please stop by and meet this sweet girl and see if she might be a good fit for your home.
