PEPPER

Arrived 10-1-26

This sweet senior lady is PEPPER, a 12+ year old female who was brought to HOPE when her owner was no longer able to care for her. Pepper came to us in pretty rough shape, she is overweight, has a UTI and her nails are so long it was making it difficult for her to walk. We have her on antibiotics for her UTI, she’s on a diet and we are slowly working on trimming back her nails little by little. We have also been taking her on short walks as well as getting her out to the yard to roam around, which she absolutely loves! She’s been doing A LOT better now and we have all fallen in love with her. We call her a little black bear. Pepper is truly the sweetest, gentlest dog ever and we just want to see her live the best life she possibly can with people who will spoil her rotten.

(Good with) Dogs-Yes / Cats-Yes / Kids-Yes
