SKITTLES

This sweet canine is SKITTLES, a 2.5 year old female Staffie mix that was found as a stray and never reclaimed.  Because SKITTLES came in without an owner, not much is known about her, but we do know that it was not easy to catch SKITTLES and that she was on her own for several weeks before being brought to the shelter.  SKITTLES did come in already spayed so we do know that she did have an owner at some point. She is a high energy breed and even though she is small, she sure is mighty. We believe she is more of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix as opposed to a American Bully mix. They tend to have a lot more drive. With that being said, SKITTLES would do best in an only pet home, as she is reactive to other dogs and thinks cats are something to go after. She should also go to a home without small children because of her energy level and the fact that she can be a bit mouthy when she plays. Her dog reactiveness and energy can easily be managed as long as the right person takes her home. She is an absolute doll and a really fun, goofy dog, she just needs an outlet and the proper stimulation for her go go go personality.
